Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Printables3d (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Business name: Paintables3d
Email: [Email Address]
Website: www.paintables3d.co.uk

We specialise in resin 3D-printed products, including models, miniatures.

2. Our Products

Our products are produced using resin 3D-printing technology. Due to the manufacturing process, minor variations may occur between individual prints.

Small layer lines, support marks, slight surface variations or minor differences in colour may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, photography and your device's display.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are supplied unpainted and may require additional preparation before painting.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we cannot fulfil a custom request.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom-made, personalised and made-to-order products are produced according to the specifications agreed with the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to check names, wording, measurements, dimensions and other customisation details before approving an order.

Once production of a personalised or bespoke product has begun, changes may not be possible.

Where permitted by applicable consumer law, personalised or genuinely bespoke products may be excluded from the standard cancellation right. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

6. Customer-Supplied Designs

If you ask us to print a file, model, logo, character or other design that you provide, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, licences or permission for us to reproduce it for the requested purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse a printing request where we reasonably believe that fulfilling it may infringe intellectual property rights, break the law or otherwise be inappropriate for our business.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of our website, including our original photographs, branding, text and original designs, belongs to us or is used with permission.

Some products may be produced under commercial licences from third-party designers. Ownership of the underlying design remains with the relevant designer or rights holder.

Purchasing a physical print does not automatically transfer copyright, design rights or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

8. Production & Dispatch

Because many of our products are made to order, production times may vary.

Any estimated production or dispatch date is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will make reasonable efforts to complete and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe and will contact you if there is a significant delay.

9. Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and delivery service selected.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate. This helps us investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have regarding delivery.

10. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation and return rights under UK consumer law.

For eligible non-personalised goods purchased at a distance, consumers will generally have a legal cancellation period. Details of how to exercise applicable cancellation rights, including any return requirements, should be provided through our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom-made or personalised goods may be exempt from cancellation rights in certain circumstances.

These exclusions do not remove your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Please contact [Email Address] if you wish to discuss a cancellation, return, replacement or refund.

11. Resin Product Safety

Our resin 3D prints are intended for the purpose stated in their product descriptions.

Unless specifically advertised and certified for such use, our products are not toys, are not intended for young children and should not be placed in the mouth.

Small components may present a choking hazard.

Our standard resin prints are not intended for direct contact with food or drink unless expressly stated otherwise.

Finished resin prints should not be exposed to excessive heat, flames or conditions outside their intended use.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any safety information supplied with them.

12. Faulty or Damaged Products

We take reasonable care to inspect products before dispatch.

If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us at [Email Address] with your order details and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer protection law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of our products or use contrary to supplied instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Customer information is used as necessary to process orders, provide customer service, fulfil legal obligations and operate our business.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products or applicable requirements.

The version applicable to an order will normally be the version in effect when that order is placed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from relying on any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
